With this data protection notice we inform you about which personal data we collect with this service, how it is processed and used.

3 Basic information on data collection and the scope of use

We observe the legal requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-DS-GVO), the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and other applicable legal regulations.

If you contact us, the e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, names and addresses you provided may be stored for the purpose of answering your request.

Collected data will be deleted after the purpose has been fulfilled, unless they are affected by statutory retention requirements.

If corresponding collected data is no longer required, processing will be restricted or the data will be deleted, provided that statutory retention requirements are not affected.

The data processing and storage may take place in data centers of external contract processors with servers located in Germany.

We pass on personal data collected via our app to state institutions, authorities and courts insofar as we are obliged to do so or insofar as this is necessary for efficient legal defense or assertion of rights.

Personal data will not be transmitted to countries outside the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA).

4 Collection of personal data when using Street-Points

4.1 Server log files

If you want to use our app / website, the following data is logged and used for troubleshooting and for anonymized statistics:

the request itself
date and time of the request
amount of data transferred

4.2 Portal operator

The app / web portal allows you to borrow items from different station operators. In this case, pironex GmbH is the processor for this operator.

All data collected are always assigned to exactly one operator. They will not be passed on to other station operators or partners.

4.3 Location data

In order to be able to fulfill the purpose of the game, the location of the person is carried out by the location of the game station in correlation with the use of a user card at the station.

The location data collected is used exclusively for locating and for the proper handling of the operation of the game stations. The legal basis is Article 6, Paragraph 1, Sentence 1, Letter f of the GDPR.

4.4 Integration of   Google Maps

  1. We use Google Maps on this website. This enables us to show you interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.

  2. When you visit the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under Section 2 (1) of this data protection declaration will be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether there is no user account. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be assigned directly to your account. If you do not wish to be assigned to your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data as a usage profile and uses it for advertising, market research and / or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation takes place in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, although you must contact Google to exercise this right.

4.5 Registration and user login

In order to be able to use all functions of the game  , it is necessary that you log in. A user account is created via the "My Points Page"   of the respective active game. Personal data required for this are:

Name (first name, surname)
E-mail address 
Card number 
Answering the questions "How safe do you feel on the way to school?" and "Which mode of transport do you prefer?" 
Consent to the data protection declaration

Phone number

After completing the registration, you will receive a confirmation link at the specified e-mail address. Registration is only complete when this confirmation link is called up. 

The login data are only valid for the game selected during registration.

 Login data will only be passed on to the operator you have selected.

4.6 Identification cards

Playing cards are distributed to the players for the running game. [Nbsp] These cards have a unique identification number that can be traced back to the respective user. They are used to save points and game data. 

The identification cards can be clearly assigned to a user account and are stored and processed together with the personal data from 4.

4.7 Consent and Revocation

If you have given us your consent to the processing of personal data for participation in the game, the legality of this processing is given on the basis of your consent. 

You can revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. This also applies to declarations of consent that were issued before the GDPR came into effect, i.e. before May 25, 2018. Please note that the revocation only applies to the future. 

Your personal data will be deleted after revocation, provided that there are no contradicting statutory retention requirements.

4.8 Anonymized statistics

Anonymous statistics are collected for the smooth operation of the website. These data do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about specific persons and include data such as battery charge levels, station utilization and others.

4.9 Cookies

Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser.  

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when the browser is closed. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

4.10 Google Analytics

This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of the use of the website. The information generated about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there.  

If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.  

You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link and install:

5 Security

We secure our website and other systems through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or dissemination of your data by unauthorized persons. 

The data transmission on the   website is generally encrypted. 

The security methods used are continuously adapted to the current state of the art.
